HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY
1. Objective:
Commitment to upholding and promoting human rights within the company and its broader supply chain, aligned with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
2. Scope:
Applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers and partners globally.
3. Principles:
-Respect for international human rights standards.
-Prevention of discrimination, forced labour, child labour and any form of abuse or exploitation.
-Support for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
-Respect for the law, caring for the environment and respect for employees' rights.
-We are committed to training our most exposed employees and managers in the identification and management of risk situations in an open dialogue with potentially impacted stakeholders.
4. Implementation:
-Conduct human rights due diligence processes to identify, prevent, mitigate, and account for how the company addresses its human rights impacts.
-Establish a grievance mechanism for individuals and communities who may be adversely impacted.
- Engage in remediation processes where the company has caused or contributed to adverse human rights impacts.
- We are committed to communicating our progress and challenges in a regular and transparent manner.
